By purchasing a ticket to or attending as a sponsored guest of the 2021 Starlight Gala (the “Event”), you make the following representations, warranties, and agreements: 

1. You will not consume any alcoholic beverages during the Event unless you are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. 
2. You will not consume any alcoholic beverages during the Event other than the complimentary beverages provided by MCSF and served by its contracted bartender. 
3. You will not operate a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol following the Event. Please drink responsibly. 
4. You are aware of the novel Corona Virus and the illness it causes, Covid-19, and the related world health pandemic. You will not attend the Event if you exhibit any symptoms that may indicate that you are infected with the Corona Virus, if you have had exposure to anyone with the Corona Virus or anyone exhibiting symptoms of the Corona Virus, or if it is recommended that you quarantine at that time under the current Centers for Disease Control guidelines relating to the Covid. You will comply with all guidance issued by the Centers of Disease Control and any other applicable agency with respect to the Corona Virus. 
5. You hold MCSF, its board of directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, liability, expenses, damages, attorney fees, costs or causes of action in any way arising from or relating to (a) your breach of any of the terms herein, (b) any condition present at the Event Location during the Event, (c) the act or omission of you and any other Guest, and (d) any injuries or damages arising out of or related to the Event, the Event Location, or anything related to the foregoing.
